PACIFIC ROYAL (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten only a head after being in the firing line on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. COMMANDER JONES (4) has put together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on September 5 over 7 ½f when he got home by 0.8 lengths. Confidence soaring and he can figure in the finish again. RED SUN (5) has not appeared since he finished ninth over 6 ½f at this track on July 19. Has a fine record here at this distance so must be respected. FLYING FIGHTER (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Perak, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth. Can figure in the finish this time.
