She is second up on her home track, and despite her wide gate, she can take the next step immediately. PRESENCE OF MIND (11) will give her stable a strong hand in this race after winning her maiden at Tauherenikau 10 days ago. She is untried on a heavy track, but she has the breeding to suggest she should go on with the job. CARSOLIO (1) finished runner-up last time out on the same day as her stablemate and second pick at Tauherenikau last start. His only win came on a heavy track, and he is overdue for his next win. Stick with him. YOUSITO (12) ran a bold race for second fresh up before weakening quickly in a stronger field at Ellerslie just over 3 weeks ago. Dropping back ½f will suit her, and she can bounce straight back into the top 3 here. ELUSIVE FAITH (9) won fresh up at Arawa Park 3 weeks ago, and she has more to offer. Each-way.
