ANTISOCIAL (11) turned in an uncharacteristically poor run last time out when 11 metres away in seventh over 1 5/16m at Phar Lap Racecourse. Form prior to that had been solid. Drawn to enjoy a cosy run but might need things to go his way at some stage. Tackles a similar assignment and he can turn the recent effort around. ULTIMATUM (5) resumes here after closing his last prep with a tenth at Oamaru Raceway on January 22. Has ability and should be right in the finish. PERAKI LAD (4) was checked early last time when ninth over 1 ¼m at Motukarara Raceway. Can make amends. POISON IVY (6) could only finish 12th over 1 ¼m at Motukarara Raceway most recently after making breaking early. Open to improvement and is in the mix.
