CITY OF MEMPHIS acquitted herself very well when fast-tracked to the Irish 1000 Guineas last season and she remains a smart prospect after her stylish comeback win at Gowran. Carla Ridge turned what had looked a competitive listed contest at the Curragh into an absolute rout in October but she needs to prove she can reproduce that form away from soft ground. Princess Child and Snellen are already winners at this level but both have to carry a 3 lb penalty.
