WILUNA LASS (2) is the horse to beat after holding her form through CL3 company, finishing second to Star Martini at Northam before a fifth to Tribal Ruler at Ascot when beaten three and a half lengths after only being run down late. The quick back-up is assessed as a positive and her 5 ½f record is sound. MERCHANT TRADER (7) is the main danger, having won at this track two starts ago before charging home for second to Market Snitz at Northam, with Troy Turner retaining a good association. SCREAM (1) has to rebound from a last placing in 1MW grade at Ascot, but that run had interference and his two-from-two record at this track is a serious asset. MANTUA (9) was close behind Merchant Trader at this venue two runs ago, then only fair behind Star Martini at Northam. Tongue tie comes off and he won't be far away. INCANDESCENT LADY (6) is next best.
