Competitive. SATIN BOW (5) was prominent into the straight and battled on beaten 3.5L over 6f at Ascot. Had an excuse heavily bet at Geraldton prior, looking to cap off two narrow defeats. Has a handy 7lbs claim and can win in this company. DAISIESFORTHELADYS (6) has recorded three minor placings from four starts this preparation, the latest when third as a well-fancied conveyance over 7 ½f at Albany. Was narrowly beaten three back at Bunbury and despite being back in trip shapes as a danger. INVASORE (1) ran above expectations first-up, beaten less than 2L over 6f at Ascot at a huge quote. Went close at Bunbury prior, and with the extra fitness can make the finish. KING BREW (2) debuts and missed a lip in a recent Lark Hill trial. Has a wide gate but deserves a betting watch.
