ERION (8) showed good tactical speed last time at Bathurst and kept finding when challenged to score by a head. Full of confidence now and is well placed to make it two on the trot. TURBULENT (3) was a barnstorming winner fresh when coming from a long way off them. Less effective last time when favourite but can bounce back sharply third-up. Expect him to sit off the early speed and be looking to round them up. SORRENTO PALACE (2) was hardly inspiring fresh when tackling tougher opposition in CL3 company. Strips fitter and will find this a fair bit easier, so not dismissing. CHAMPERS GIRL (5) is better than her second-up effort suggests. Watch for sharp improvement.
