Verdict

OLYMPIAN (2) has contested two Group 3s and a Highway since scoring four runs back at Scone. Gets a couple of kgs weight relief today and McDonald takes over which all points towards a big run. AZARAX (1) has been freshened up since dropping out of contention in the Listed South Pacific 39 days ago. Canberra Guineas placegetter on a soft track in March so he has the talent to test this field. SPICE PRAWN (6) is deep into this prep but is still racing well. Moved into the race before the bend but found the winner too good over the mile at Kembla most recently. Gets a bit of weight off the top fancies and should be about the money again. COULTER (3) closed well to grab second in the rich Wagga Guineas over the mile last start. That form should stack up favourably. Expect a better performance from ELEVEN X (4) today at the third run back.
