WHIRLWIND (2) was having first try this course and distance last time and after sitting off the speed knuckled down strongly to score. Drops in weight after the claim and looks tough to beat again. MOOLOOLABA (3) was run down by Whirlwind last time and looks the biggest threat. Led and went a bit keenly coming back from 1 ¼m the start prior and was run over late. Three weeks between runs, meets winner better at the weight and small field suits. Will take catching again. UNIFIES (4) is at his top after four runs from a spell and hasn't been far off a win in similar class. Has pace and off the inside gate will be in this for a long way. RELEASE LE MISSILE (1) has a big weight but offset somewhat by the claim and rates strongly on course and distance win two back. KHAMIS (6) has the ability but has struggled to find best this course and distance. Can sneak a place.
