IT'S SHOWTIME (3) is the most reliable exposed maiden, fourth at this track last start after a Cairns second and already placed five times from seven attempts at the distance. BELINDA'S RUBI (9) is better judged on her third at this venue two runs ago, when well-supported favourite and beaten just over half a length, rather than the Bowen run where she raced wide throughout. TOI TOI (8) was pipped at this venue two back and had some interference late at Bowen, so she remains a genuine place-to-winning hope if she handles the rise back to 6f. FARNANHEIT (2) has caught the eye in his last two and can cause a late scare if the pace is genuine.
