Verdict

Open race to close out the card. BIT OF GRUNT (7) doesn't win out of turn but has placed three of four over this course and distance and is usually thereabouts. Will be rock-hard fit for this and should be hitting the line with gusto. EXPRESS BARBIE (15) has gotten better with each run this time in and looks to be working up to another victory. Gets 4lbs off from the inside marble and should make her presence felt. DIVAKARA (1) saves his best form for this circuit only missing a quinella spot once in eight spins. Can run a big race while fresh. LOCH AWE (6) will be better with that first-up run under the belt and looks a must for the exotics players. ECHO HUNTER (8) is a last-start winner who shouldn't be underestimated.
