Total forgive from the outside barrier when snagged back to near last and finished twelfth to Bird Whistle over 1m at this track in C1 grade. Finds a much easier contest from the better gate and can return to winning form. MAGURTZ (6) big improver at his second run back when he jumped in trip to finish second over 7f at Gunnedah. Nicely placed to give this a shake. JAGERSCHNITZEL (4) showed ability when last in work and returned with a plugging third over 5 ½f at this track. Extra trip in his favour and gets map favours again. EXTREME MERGER (3) taken to the front and never headed with a well-deserved victory over 6 ½f at Parkes. Confidence is high and don't dismiss.
