Kept up to the mark with a solid trial win at Randwick and gets out to his right trip today. Will control the tempo and prove hard to catch. GOD'S WINDOW (13) chased his stablemate right to the line from back in the field when a game second over 1 7/16m in the LR Beauford Stakes at Newcastle. Can race a little closer and shapes as the main danger. HOLLYWOOD HERO (15) near his top for this and gets his chance to run out a strong 1 ¼m on the limit. Big effort at Newcastle and expected to take a hand in the finish. FUTURE HISTORY (3) seasoned stayer deep into the prep who can never be underestimated. Each way. IMPERIALIST (8) starting to hit his straps as he gets up in distance and will tag the speed. Worthy contender.
