DOUBLE VISION (2) led on straightening and looked home but found one a bit better in the dying stages of a 7f Warwick Farm maiden last start. Open to further improvement at just her third run and looks ready to break the ice. INDIGO STAR (8) was fair through the line under a big weight over 7 ½f at Hawkesbury last Thursday. Like the quick back-up and Grima's claim brings him in 5.5kgs lighter. Can turn things around without surprising. WILLIE OR WONG HE (6) had been working his way into form and his best effort to date came at Canterbury 12 days ago when he missed by a lip over 7 ¾f. Can win with a little more progress again. ADAPTATION (3) has been going well at the provincials with a couple of placings of late. Should press forward from the wide draw and give a good sight. DECALOGUE (1) is back after a 160-day spell. Gets straight to 7 ¾f after three runs over shorter distances in the maiden prep. Nice recent trial winner who looks wound up for this.
