STRAWBERRY IMPACT (9) back marker who gives the impression he can run out a strong 1 ¼m. Warmed up late when a narrow third over 1m at Newcastle. Tommy Berry retains the ride and D-Day is looming. GEEMES (11) has gone to a new level since joining the Beer & Carpenter yard. Proved the Queanbeyan win was no fluke when she spaced them again over 1 ?m at Hawkesbury in BM64 class. Kept fresh and proven at the trip. Go close. CLAIM THE CROWN (2) drops in grade and trip after coming out of a decent rating contest when second over 1 ½m here at latest. Claim helps from the inside gate. Will roll forward and play a leading role. PLEASURE ARTIST (1) underrated mare who strips fitter in this easier race. Capable on her day and the winkers go on from the low draw. Can race a little closer and return to form. DJAPANA (13) produced good closing splits when she finished over the top of them in this class at Newcastle. Confidence is high and keep safe over the extra journey.
