Gets map favours today and looks well placed over this trip. MAMUSHKA (2) good fresh mare expected to go on with it this prep. Gets her chance here with Roper's claim and primed with the two trials. Expected to go close. THAMES (4) struggled in two runs last prep after a long layoff and gets the blinkers applied today. Ran third to Beadman in her latest trial over 4f at Warwick Farm. Key jockey change and was placed at Listed level this time last year. Respect. INVISIBLE MAGIC (6) returned excellent figures first-up when she came from last on the turn with a slashing third over today's journey at Newcastle. Drops further in weight and must be kept safe.
