HOLD THE DOOR (8) finally lived up to expectations at start four when back in grade with a comfortable Maiden win over 7 ½f at Goulburn. Third-up today and can slide across from the awkward gate and prove hard to stop. LUNA BAY (9) raced without luck all prep and has finally drawn a decent barrier today. Speared across from the outside draw and gripped on late with a narrow second over 1 ¼m at Kembla Grange. Tackling a deeper field this time but good enough to test these. CHISPA (10) is making good progress in her first prep and stretches out to this trip for the first time. Put the writing on the wall last start with a slashing fourth over 7 ¾f at Canterbury. J Mac sticks and sure to be about the money. MIDNIGHT LUNA (3) in career best form on the country circuit and has placed over this trip. Minor place chance.
