Verdict

SHEZA ALIBI (9) freakish filly who exploded through the narrowest of gaps when gapping her rivals in the G2 Angus Armanasco Stakes at Caulfield first-up. Looking to become the first filly since Mosheen in 2012 to defeat her male rivals. Maps well and will take running down. AUTUMN BOY (1) went back from the sticky draw on resumption and circled the field with an eye-catching third in the G2 Hobartville Stakes at Rosehill over 7f. Ready for the mile and J Mac should be able to give him the right run. Main danger. ATTICA (2) find of the Spring who won the G1 Spring Champion at his fourth race start. Warmed up late from back in the field with a surging fourth over 7f in the G2 Hobartville Stakes at Rosehill. Fitter now and only gets better as he steps out in trip. Can finish hard if they overdo it up front. NINJA (3) won't get the same map favours today after winning the G2 Hobartville last start, and not too sure how much is left in the tank up to the mile after an arduous prep.
