AU - Pinjarra - Race 2

KING OF THE TOWN (7) missed in a photo two back before a 1.5L defeat when leading on the Scarpside here last time out. He now steps out to 1 ¼m for the first time, but that doesn't look an issue with how he stuck on last start. The form out of that run has been impressive, Pike rides now and he looks the one to beat. MACHO ARQUERO (1) bumped into a good winner two back before a 3.8L defeat most recently over 1 ³/16m at York. He's a long-standing maiden, but his recent efforts stack up well in this field. Fiore rides from an inside draw and now the Norton Bit goes on for the first time. Can be in the finish once again. MR FRODO (5) disappointed two back but returned to something like his best form last start when beaten 2.9L after jumping the favourite at Albany over the mile. Out to this trip for the first time now, but he's got a solid grounding and he can be in the mix. OBSCENTINO (2) has to be included on his recent lad. ROCKING IN BROOME (8) is next best.
