FLYING PARTY (1) lined up for just the second time last start and improved sharply, beaten narrowly over 7f at Nowra. Hard to tell if a bog track helped on that occasion but he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Open to further improvement and is in the right race to break the ice. FLEE WITH ME (9) has been freshened up since being beaten under two lengths over 7f at Dubbo back on 15 March. Gets in with 4kgs less today after the claim which brings him right into contention. A WOMAN SCORNED (5) is yet to beat a runner home in two appearances but hasn't been more than four lengths adrift. Both of those runs came at the provincials so this will prove far easier. Can surprise. THE MAGNET (7) caught the eye at the end of 5 ½f at Mudgee recently. Very fit and this longer trip will suit. INYUN (2) is back from a 15-week spell. Beaten a whisker here over 7f last prep. Should be ready to run well.
