Verdict

PROPERATA (8) has the right profile after tackling Open grade at Belmont Park at his past two runs, beaten a head by Gaintree before covering ground when fourth to Rocktex. Had a two-month freshen and looked good at the trials recently. Hard to beat. SWIFT TALKER (3) is better than two plain finishing positions suggest, with the latest run at Ascot coming after he raced wide and the 4lbs claim helps him rebound. MIND FIELD (2) has been close enough in stronger NMW1Y and 1 Metro Win company, handles wet ground, and his record at the distance keeps him firmly in the mix despite the wide draw. ARIZONA SKY (5) resumes from a five month break and has trialled well, she can sprint well fresh in this line up.
