Tim Clark retains the ride and is expected to roll forward from the sticky gate. Top three contender. SATIN SERENADE (3) no match for the winner on debut when a ($1.35 fav), finishing second to Queen's Gamble over 6 ½f at Warwick Farm. Kept ticking over with a 5 ¼f trial at Randwick after playing up in the gates and being scratched on September 5. MADE IN ITALY (2) is a frustrating filly looking for this trip second up. Picked up late at the good odds when third in a Super Mdn at Canterbury over 6 ¼f. Track suits from the low gate and don't dismiss. MEMORISE (8) has further improvement to come after she raced on the pace with a narrow second over 6f at Kembla Grange. Will keep improving as she gets out in trip.
