REGIME CHANGE (12) was well fancied on debut last start and was not far off the mark, finishing second and beaten 1.5 lengths over 1 ?m at Sapporo. Has upside and can open his account. PRINCIPATUS (2) turned in a good effort on debut 12 weeks ago when one length away in second at Fukushima over 1 ¼m. Has not been to the races since that outing. Handy draw will assist and can feature again. NEURO FIGHTER (4) resumes from a spell of 12 weeks. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1 ?m at Fukushima. Strong winning chance on best figures. KOSAI RIKURI (7) was in contention on the turn and finished third last time over 1 ?m at this track, beaten 0.6 lengths. Ready to go a couple better.
