ROSE CHARIS (2) last appeared when successful by half a length over 5f at Kokura Dirt 12 weeks ago, the only time she went to the races last prep. Goes well fresh. Drawn for a soft run and looks a top chance. WANDERER (9) resumed over 6f at this track last time out and finished second, beaten a neck. Overall record is sound when second-up and has plenty of upside with the run under his belt. Among the leading chances. KANESHO LEGEND (10) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on July 4, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths over 5 ¾f at Fukushima Dirt. Record at this journey is impressive with three wins and two placings from seven runs and is capable of going well. LIGHTNING ZEUS (13) finished 5.5 lengths behind the winner in 11th place when resuming over 6f last start at Niigata Dirt. Generally goes well with that run under the belt. Can do better than last.
