REBELLION (11) turned in a modest performance when second last time out over 7 ½f at Funabashi, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise. PRINCIPAL ACT (9) missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 18 lengths away in 11th over 7 ½f at Funabashi. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves another chance. YUMEDE AETARA (2) ran a better race last start, finishing 8 lengths away in sixth over 7f at Kawasaki. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
