POD DUKE (1) gets the nod after closing to within just over a length of Koyu Myu Myu at this track and he brings the most reliable 4 ½f profile, with three wins and two placings from eight attempts at the track and distance. VITALISI (6) is the danger on current form after a half-length second followed by a solid third, although the return to 4 ½f is the main reservation given she is yet to place in four tries around the trip. MARON DE PETIT (11) has the winning form after putting away Action Briquet by a length and a half in COND grade and her one run at this distance was a win. CLOUDY LOOKS (9) was disappointing as an odds-on favourite last start, but the prior C2 win over Five M and her strong track-and-distance record keep her in the mix.
