JP - Kawasaki - Race 6

TSUBUAN (4) brings the clearest winning profile after putting away Dear Laura by eight lengths at Mombetsu as favourite, showing a sharper finish than he had on debut. The 7f is new, but his two-start record already has more substance than most of these and he arrives third-up with scope to go on. OLIVE OIL (3) is the main danger if she can leave her latest seventh behind, she was well found in betting there, yet her prior Mombetsu fourth behind Riko Raider had enough closing merit to keep her high in calculations. TENRYU SAIKO (5) placed on debut at this track and should be better for that first race experience, though the move from 4 ½f to 7f is the obvious test. PURE SALONGA (2) resumes off a debut third over 4 ½f, was respected in an open market, and has place claims if she handles the extra ground first-up.
