DREAM CARRY (9) accounted for a maiden field over 1 ?m at Hanshin Dirt last start when fresh from a break. No reason she cannot get the job done again. GOTLAND (3) returns from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when sixth over 1 ³/16m at Chukyo Dirt. Has switched to the Saito Makoto yard over the break. Rates highly and should take beating. PURNABHADRA (7) got well back over 6f at Kyoto Dirt last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 16 lengths away in 16th. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. WATER ELPIS (5) last appeared when she finished 14th over 6f at Kyoto Dirt on February 7. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
