KITANO CHANCE (9) was well fancied when resuming last start over 7f at this track when third, beaten 4.5 lengths. Has a great record at this journey with two wins from five starts and is sure to play a big role. BALIKPAPAN (10) is backing up nine days after finishing second over 7 ½f at Funabashi. Has a wide gate to overcome but is worth following up. SIENA TITICACA (4) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 7 ½f at Urawa, finishing second and beaten half a length after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to find winning ways. TAISEI LE CIEL (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1 ¼m at this track, beaten 14 lengths into sixth. Nicely placed to find some form.
