NZ - Hawera - Race 6

MILLE GRAZIE (5) has been well supported at her past few runs and hasn't been far away, most recently finishing fourth at Te Aroha nearly 8 weeks ago. The recent freshen up would have done her no harm, and she has a big chance of getting the job done this time. DUDADAY (2) improved last time when beaten by little more than 2 lengths over 7f at Otaki after challenging strongly on the turn. He is nearing another win, and with a slight dip in grade, he will be hard to hold out. NO MORE PENNIES (10) returns after a spell of nearly a year. She showed promise last prep, including a placing at New Plymouth over 1m when fresh. He has trialled well in readiness, and he should be a lot stronger this time in work. Don't risk him in a modest field. PADDY GIFT (11) is enduring a lengthy win drought and was again unplaced at Otaki last start, though his effort was his best in some time. He can pay the believers here. RISING WIND (3) has not been so good lately, but he is a top 4 hope here.
