NAVY DREAMS (5) charged home from midfield but just missed when first-up for this new stable here last month. Showed a lot of promise last season. Nicely placed here. FIRST UP (6) kept in front of Navy Dreams in the midfield here last time & got the job done. Is 3lbs worse off against Navy Dreams this time though. IFBYMAGIC (2) was first-up since February when he tracked up a nice trial win with an arrogant maiden win at Matamata recently. Extra 1f shouldn't be a problem here. PERFORMER (3) yet to put a foot wrong with his biggest margin in a race being the 3L win last month. Can he replicate that form on a better track is the question. BUNKER HILL (1) unleashed a big run from the rear to break his maiden last time. Adds interest.
