ANDAHAR (2) is a very promising gelding that was in good form prior to failing to handle a heavy track at Tauranga 3 weeks ago. He is bred to relish getting out to a middle distance, and he is set to make amends. Follow your money. COSMIC PURSUIT (3) won his maiden by a head, and then missed by that same margin when trying to repeat the dose at Trentham a fortnight ago. He gets a big swing in his draw this time, and he can bounce straight back into the money. SHOEBILL (9) caught the eye with a big late finish for second at Pukekohe 15 days ago over 1m. She has an extra 3f to travel here, but she gives the impression that she should cope with it. Each way. ANDORRA (10) battled away for a midfield finish at Pukekohe last start, and though out of the money, she was not far away from the placings. Include in all top 4 combos. GIPPSY GOD (1) fought on game for third last start, and he would relish a wet track. Stick with him.
