POETIC JUSTICE (2) has found it hard to win another race, and he can be a touch dour at times. He has Opie Bosson in the saddle for the first time, and maybe he can coax that little bit more out of him where it matters most. SHAMWARI (3) was much better when fighting on gamely for fifth at Taupo nearly 5 weeks ago. He seems to prefer a firmer surface, and in this field, he can figure in the top 4. JACK CRABB (5) has been building his fitness and will relish getting out to a middle distance for the first time in his career. Each way value. FASTDEELDUN (4) was a beaten favourite at Te Rapa just over a fortnight ago, finishing fifth. He is better than that, and in this field, he is well worth another chance. Follow your money. TORUK MAKTO (1) was back in form 2 starts back here, before failing to fire a short at Te Rapa last time out. Stick with him on an each-way basis.
