ESS VEE ARE (6) should have finished closer when fourth last time out after getting back and running on too late with a passive ride. He has a senior hoop on this time, and is worth another chance. Each-way. VAMOS (1) has been racing well on heavy tracks, and even with a query on a better surface, he can still run another solid race. Each way. KING OF THE CASTLE (3) will be backing up 5 days after finishing fifth on a slow track at Ascot Park over 7f. The extra 3 ?f is the key here, and on a better surface, he can put his best hoof forward. Watch closely. PAR TEE (4) finished runner-up when resuming from a spell on a heavy track at Riverton nearly 4 weeks ago. She probably needs it wet, but won't be far away.
