QUEEN OF SHEBA (9) has shown plenty of pace in a couple of starts to date, and if she can find the front from a wide gate here, then she will take a lot of pegging back around this circuit. On top. LUCKY FERRANDO (4) ran a bottler on speed for second at Wingatui in his penultimate start, and then was beaten by a wide gate at Riccarton last time out. Expect him to bounce straight back into the money from a superior gate here. BIG EXIT (16) did not measure up in 3 starts after arriving from the North Island earlier in the year. She has been given plenty of time now to settle into her new surroundings, and is not to be taken lightly fresh up from a good draw. MARIA PILAR (7) set the pace fresh up at Riverton and gave a good kick before finishing third nearly 4 weeks ago. She cops a wide gate, but can still figure in the top 4 again. TAIMATE WARRIOR (11) will be peaking after a couple of runs back from a spell. The blinkers go on. Include in all combos. HELLO HAYLEY (13) watch closely.
