MAJOR ARK (1) finished sixth last start over 1 ¹/16m at this track, beaten 11 metres, after scoring at the previous appearance over 1 ¹/16m at this track. Has the benefit of a good draw. Primary contender if she is at her best. MY SCIMITAR (3) could only manage to finish eighth at his latest appearance over 1 ¹/16m at this track, a poor reflection on his short quote. Form prior to that was a better guide to his ability, including a very close fifth over 1 m at Albion Park two starts ago. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. ART OF ROCK (4) is the next best after finishing third over 1 ¼m at this track last time out. ROCKIN SWEET (7) is in the mix after turning in a better effort last start to finish second at this track over 1 ¹/16m.
