Verdict

THE LADYBIRD (2) finished third last start over 1 m at Kilmore, beaten 5 metres, after a good win at Horsham the run prior. Likely to get all the favours from this nice draw. Not disgraced last time. Good enough to win a race of this calibre. KEAYANG CRIPPA (5) had to call on all reserves to score at the most recent appearance over 1 5/16m at this track, getting home by just a head. Finds a tougher race but he has the ability to test this field. HESASTAR (3) is looming as a real threat after a better effort last start, finishing second at this track over 1 5/16m. ROJENBYE (8) is the best of the rest after finishing fourth over 1 5/16m at Charlton last time out.
