DEEP REGRET (3) overcame a back row draw when successful last start by one metre in a nice return to form at this circuit, his third success from his last five outings. Has the benefit of a good draw so can deliver again. TORO LOCO (11) has had nearly two months off since a midfield finish in the G1 QBred Triad 3CG Final and was racing well prior, placing in four of his previous five starts. Can win with even luck from a tricky draw. STRIPES (7) made a winning return off a let-up when she came from a similar barrier and dug deep to get home narrowly as a hot favourite at this venue. Player again. MUCH BETTOR (6) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth from this same barrier.
