ICONIC IMAGE (1) was well fancied when returning to Brisbane last start and led before boxing on fairly for fourth. That was the first time he has been beaten in four tries at this circuit and distance. Can take advantage of this favourable starting position so is worth another chance. LIZZIES SON (4) switches to the standing start and will have to overcome a handicap but looks close to a win after finishing second in his two appearances at this circuit and distance since a spell and is a two-time third-up winner so should be peaking now. OURPETABILT (3) has produced a string of decent efforts when not too far off the placings. Can be competitive. IGNITE (7) cops a ¼f handicap but is in the mix after turning in a good effort last start to finish third at this circuit and distance.
