SOHO TIGER LILY (1) made a solid impact on debut a week-and-a-half ago, finishing second and beaten 5 metres over 1 ¹/16m at Ararat. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Won't find this any harder and she can make the breakthrough. BUBBLE OVER (7) was responsible for a very good effort last time over 1 ¹/16m at Ararat, finishing second and just a nose from the winner. Will need a bit of luck negotiating a very wide starting position. Meets a comparable field and she is a strong winning hope. THATS KEVIN (8) must be considered after he finished runner-up over 1 5/16m at Terang a week ago. MAGELLAN (9) should be at her peak at the fourth run back from a spell, the latest outing a fifth at Bendigo nine days ago.
