The Wolverhampton novice ANGEL OF RAIN won on debut for this yard wasn't a particularly strong race, but her subsequent third on handicap bow at Doncaster represented a step forward and she is appealing here off the same mark. War Howl is next on the list following his recent breakthrough success, while cases can also be made for several others, most notably Kosometsuke and handicap debutant Tokyo Joe.
