KHARIF (4) is a son of The Autumn Sun on debut for the sharp Ciaron Maher team. Has trialled up smartly at the provincials and gets the key booking of Nock from a favourable draw. Expect him to make the perfect start. READY MADE HEIR (14) is desperate to break through soon. Should land an ideal spot under Roper and with a fitness edge will be in this for a long way. POWERFUL ANNIE (13) only warmed late on debut at Coffs Harbour. Better for the outing but is expected to find herself a long way back again from the wide alley. HELLFIGHTER (3) returns and looks to have progressed during his break, pushed out in his lead-up trial. Interesting to see what they do from out there.
