ELITE GATHERING (6) is a former SA galloper having her first run for the new stable. Sure to find this a touch easier than what she faced down south and should be kept very safe. MARAVILLAS (4) has been right there in recent efforts and will be at peak fitness for this. Top-three candidate with Sewell on board. HOU LONG GWAI (1) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth over 7f at Rockhampton last time out. Gets some weight off with the claim and can bounce right back.
