Competitive race with plenty of chances. LIGHTHOUSE LASS (8) was well fancied on resumption for the new yard with a fast finishing second over 5 ½f at Gosford. Comes out of a solid rating contest and can go one better with Lloyd retaining the ride. THE NEW SINATRA (2) is close to a win and gets the right run fourth-up. Just under seven weeks between runs with a tough second over 6f at this track. Shapes as a genuine top-three prospect. VIDIA (10) got off the mark at her first run back with a slick on-pace win over 5 ¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Doesn't get the same map favours today but stays in the mix. VIVIAN'S EXPRESS (5) talented filly who was no match for Ninja three starts back at Eagle Farm. Indicated she was near her best with a handy third over 6 ½f at Hawkesbury in stronger company. Well drawn and sure to be thereabouts. The chances don't end there.
