KILLER KERR (12) settled worse than midfield then knuckled down in the run home to get up for second when resuming over this distance at Goulburn last start. Steps up in grade but carries 5kgs less today. Distance specialist with strong second-up stats so she ticks all the boxes. LAST DRUID (3) is racing in great heart this prep. Scored two back over 6f at Gosford then missed by a whisker in a Midway at Rosehill last time. Beautifully drawn and looks a huge chance to return to the winner's list. PREFER DIAMONDS (7) has been beaten under two lengths at her last couple of runs, both at the provincials. Cherry ripe after three runs back and the blinkers going on at this stage of the prep is a positive sign from the stable. ROTHO BRO (8) caught the eye first-up over 6f at Newcastle. Awkwardly drawn but over a longer trip he comes right into calculations. APACHE BREEZE (5) gets a pass mark for his first-up run at Rosehill and this extra journey helps.
