Verdict

Impossible to go past IRONBLOOD EMPRESS (4) who finished the race off well and just missed the placings on debut over 6 ¼f at the Kensington track last start. Very little quality in this race so despite being a two-year-old taking on older horses she should be too good. CAPE DOUGLAS (5) pushed hard from a wide gate to lead then couldn't do it at both ends when down the track over this course and distance last time out. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and draws a lot closer today. A danger if there is one. PRANKAJ (9) made a little late ground without threatening first-up over 6f at Wyong. Can improve over this longer trip second-up. WARM FRONT (12) is back after a 20-week spell. Form when last in work was patchy. One for the wider exotics. SHARE THE JOY (11) is a 33-start maiden back from a five-month lay-off. Placed two from three when fresh so might be worth an each-way ticket.
