Tricky Maiden with plenty of different form angles. LAMBERTINA (10) was well supported on debut when closed late for a tough third over 6f at Gosford. Can get cover from the draw and play a leading role. GOOD HOTSPUR (3) returned for his third preparation when launched late for a narrow second over 6f at Gosford. Has further upside and will appreciate the extra distance. Each-way. PRECISE STAR (7) resumes today and gelded over the break. Ran some respectable races in his first campaign and is set to sprint well fresh from the low gate. Wasn't asked to do much in his only trial and represents good each-way value. ROYAL CHIC (13) nice filly resuming after placing at Listed level in Queensland over the Winter Carnival. Returns with the two trials and look for her late with the tongue-tie going on.
