FIERY LASS (1) chimed in late to win a BM60 over the mile at the Sunshine Coast three runs back. Has since been okay in a harder race in town then an 1 ?m race on heavy ground. Like the set-up of this race much more - can return to form. HIGHWIRE GIRL (7) made nice progress last time out at the second run of the campaign, closing well to get up for second over 6 ?f at Lismore. Placed at both runs over today's trip and has a win and a placing from two third-up runs. Lovely profile. LATIN LIGHTS (2) raced handy and tried hard but found one better over 7 ?f at Lismore recently. Racing well deep into the prep and should show up again with the help of the inside alley. HOTZINO (5) has not raced for over seven weeks which is a negative but her efforts prior to the were commendable. Trifectas and first fours. TURN LEFT (10) will make her own luck up on the pace and she is not out of the contest.
