CHARLOTTE'S HERE (4) travelled on the speed but couldn't keep it going last start over 5f at the Gold Coast. Very fit mare who races well here. In the money at four of seven runs over today's journey so in a race of questionable quality she gets her chance. DARLING TAKE CARE (10) has been freshened up since a midfield finish over 7f here five weeks ago. Trialled since in good style. Must be respected with the light weight from an ideal draw. RUSSIAN RIPPER (2) made it three successes from just eight starts when far too good for a similar field over 6f at Kilcoy recently. Kept fresh and should play a key role again. EGYPITIAN'S REWARD (7) has been struggling in mediocre company of late but coming back a little in trip should help. QUARTERSHARE (11) will go fast while fresh and is going to look the winner at some stage.
