RUMBLE TOWN (8) has switched from a Victorian yard on a 49-day return. Was close up at the provincials twice, when last seen at the races and was an equal favourite at Seymour last time. Has a low gate and two key gear additions, and has a solid trial under the saddle. On song, this is winnable. ARCELIA (4) resumed and has also switched from a strong Victorian stable. Raced well enough three back on debut and has prepared for this with a big trial win at Toowoomba. Draws inside, and a bold run is likely. AKKU (10) resumed at Toowoomba with a solid effort when she jumped as the favourite. May need longer now, but she can get into the money with the extra fitness. SHAMOUTI (9) resumes for a new yard and would be very competitive if she found her early form. Draws awkwardly but is worth a betting watch.
